Mushin J. Schilling, born 1953, grew up as 'German national' in the dutch capital Amsterdam. He wrote Das Wunder der Zärtlichkeit (The Miracle of Tenderness), Das Elixier für alle Fälle (The Elixier for All & Everything) and Phantasiereisen (Phantasy Journeys). He has been facilitating seminars since 1987 in Germany, Holland and Japan, and since 2000 also in the Czech Republic where he founded the Integral Living & Learning Community SERENITY near Prague in 2003.

In his seminars he uses the methods of energy-work, family and systems constellations, the 'Circle of the Heart' and the 'Heart & Mind Clearing Process' he developed, and since two years he also conducts special seminars in communication and the 'Language of Change'. Moreover he is a frequent speaker on the topic of pragmatic mysticism, postmodern spirituality and leads the 3-year long Living Field Transformation Training.

He is critical towards the traditional feudalistic-authoritarian structure of spiritual teaching and interpretation, and sees himself more like someone that supports people to trust their own authority also on the spiritual level. “You can follow some sacred teaching or an enlightened teacher or guru, of course - that does have it's beauties as I know from my own long experience. But faced with the Mystery of Life and Consciousness on such a small planet in a huge cosmos it seems more appropriate to follow a new way that befits our station more. I would dare to live an open, respectful and lovingly intelligent, cooperative, co-creative and most of all relational spirituality that does not exclude any perspective immanent in me or others. My orientation stays the same: decreasing the suffering of all creatures and making space for a more happy being, and supporting others in living what is true to their very core.” 

My seminars and events are hard to describe (so I finally managed to edit a video of Dynamic Presencing, which I find is an important part of my work; and an explanation as well)… whatever they are, they are a precious experience. Through his work with the subtle and interactive energies between the participants he opens them for the spiritual dimensions of life and the experience of The Living Field.

Using meditations, formless exercises and many other methods, with music, personal feedback and every step taken he helps the participants to tune in to their inner melody - the consciousness that a happy and inspiring life is our natural and original state of being.
